Fluid Testing

In combination with our FEA analytical tools and in order to continuously improve our coating qualities and establish quality measures for our customers, we maintain a roll test stand to assess our products under production simulated line load, speed, and temperature. Naturally, use of our test stand is available for our customers development tasks. At a minimum, the following measurements can be performed on our test stand:

• Speed
• Slip
• Force
• Bending
• Nip and surface pressures
• Surface temperature
• Fluid coating weights
